Team Bonding & Adventure: The 3rd Company Outing Successfully Held

April 11, 2024, Yuyao, Ningbo — To strengthen teamwork and boost morale, our company organized its third annual team-building event at Daying Base in Yuyao, Ningbo on April 11. Packed with fun games, outdoor cooking, and a barbecue feast, the outing provided a perfect opportunity for colleagues to bond and recharge.

The adventure began at 10:00 AM as the team arrived at the scenic Daying Base. After a quick warm-up, everyone dove into two icebreaker games from 10:30 to 11:00, sparking laughter and camaraderie. At noon, teams worked together to prepare a hearty lunch using traditional wood-fired stoves, turning meal prep into a fun team challenge.

The afternoon (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM) was filled with thrilling activities, including grass karting, rainbow slides, paintball (CS), high-altitude adventure courses, and kayaking. These games tested teamwork, strategy, and courage while fostering trust and communication among colleagues.

As the sun set, the team gathered for a relaxing barbecue dinner at 5:00 PM, sharing delicious food and memorable moments. The event concluded at 7:00 PM, with everyone heading home with smiles and strengthened connections.

This retreat not only offered a refreshing break but also reinforced team spirit through shared experiences. With renewed energy and unity, we look forward to tackling future challenges and achieving greater success together!
